📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We currently ship across India.

💰 Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Orders below ₹499: A nominal shipping charge of ₹49 may apply.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹50 COD handling fee may be applicable.
🧾 Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email/SMS.

❌ Undelivered or Returned Orders

In case of failed delivery attempts (due to incorrect address/contact details or refusal), the order will be returned to us.

We will attempt to contact you before cancelling such orders. Reshipping will require updated address confirmation and shipping charges (if any).

Our products are designed with love and care — and packed with the same affection. If you receive a damaged or incorrect parcel, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@minihug.in, and we’ll sort it right away.
